High Speed Welding was one of our very first clients, based in Wilmington, NC. We have helped the business from from an owner in his garage with a welding machine and a dream grow into one of the largest custom aluminum fabrication businesses in the South East.
With this client, the main goal was expanding a single product line, custom truck ladder racks, into an autonomous business unit supported by dedicated staff in operations, marketing, business development, and sales roles.
In less than 24 months, RogueSalesforce was able to meet those goals, successfully making the transition from zero dedicated employees and a custom product built by the owner into a business unit with 3 full time employees in operations and three in Sales/Marketing/Biz Dev, all while increasing sales by almost 200%. In addition to adding dedicated staff, the business unit made the transition from one time sales to a network of more than three dozen dealers on the East Coast selling the product line with a national network for distribution in the works.
