- Rare French/Belgian variant M1777 Cavalry carbine circa late 1840s to 1850s. 19.5" barrel with swivel ramrod assembly and brass mounts, roughly .69 caliber and RIFLED. This weapon surfaced at an estate sale in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with a verbal history of Confederate Civil War use. Totally untouched and original condition.
