Overall decent P53 Tower Enfield dated 1862 with original ramrod.  Functions well overall and bore has rifling left.  The weapon is missing the rear sight, sling swivel and a triggerguard screw, and at some point in time the hammer screw must have broken so an alteration took place.  60-40 chance of it being used by a Confederate soldier!  It does have a weak but visible SHC-crown mark (Sinclair Hamilton & Company) below the triggerguard tang.

Tower Enfield .577 P53 Rifled musket, bargain priced!
